Seven-Day Appreciation Period

• Products must remain intact, and the seal must not be broken to be eligible for return or exchange.
• The seven-day appreciation period starts the day after you receive the product and lasts seven days, including holidays.

Return and Exchange

• The seal must remain intact and unopened. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if the seal is detached, torn, or damaged.
• If the product has defects, please report within three days, take photos as evidence, and provide them to a customer service representative for return or exchange service.
• For exchanged products, all accessories must be returned to our company together. If any accessories are damaged or missing, returns or exchanges will not be possible.
• If seal has been broken, returns or exchanges cannot be processed.

Refunds

• After our company receives and verifies the returned product, we will process the refund and notify you to check the funds.
